How does the process work?

STEP ONE

Browse our website and pay your £10 deposit for your chosen keepsake. Don't forget to select any add-ons you would like such as embroidery or a tutu. For teddies made from baby items we would typically need 9-12 items. For adults clothing it would be 1-2 items. For the 35 patch blanket it would be 25-30 items and for the 48 patch we would need 35-40 items. 

STEP TWO

Once you have placed your order you will then receive a confirmation which will have the address to send your items to. When you send them you must ensure to write your name and full address on the outside of the parcel. We also recommend that you send them via a tracked service so that you can track its journey to us.

STEP THREE

We will work on bringing your beautiful keepsake to life. The current turnaround time will be displayed on the homepage of the website and will be on the confirmation email. This is typically up to 12 weeks from when we receive your clothing.

Once completed your order you will receive an invoice via EMAIL with a photo of your order - once paid it will be posted back to you, 1st class via Royal Mail.

What items can I send?

  • Baby clothing, basically everything and anything

  • Uniforms - both children and adults

  • Any adults clothing - please restrain from sending leather, silk or items with excessive amounts of sequins

  • Basically anything sentimental to you! If you are unsure of a particular item please do get in touch and we can confirm
